Atlantic Coast Health Network (ACHN) was created in 2015 from the union of two well-established clinically integrated networks—Holy Cross Physician Partners and Memorial Health Network—with the goal of expanding the region’s populations covered and access points. In 2017, ACHN announced a new partnership with Orange Care Group, the region’s most reputable Accountable Care Organization (ACO).

Holy Cross Physician Partners, one of the most cost-efficient systems in South Florida, unites over 320 independent and employed physicians along with Holy Cross Hospital, in a program that drives improvements in efficiency as well as health outcomes. Holy Cross is a member of the fifth largest integrated healthcare delivery system in the nation, Trinity Health, which holds 665 facilities spanning 22 states.
Memorial Health Network is a physician-led and professionally managed organization created to operate a clinically integrated provider network in collaboration with Memorial Healthcare System, currently one of the largest public healthcare systems in the United States. Memorial Healthcare System offers the most comprehensive array of clinical services in the region including heart, kidney and bone marrow transplant services. The system has six hospitals including a children’s hospital, over 13,000 employees, more than 2,000 physicians on staff, and more than 260 employed physicians who comprise the Memorial Physician Group.
Orange Care Group was formed in 2014 with the intent of uniting independent primary care physicians and key specialists’ practices in an organized structure to deliver effective, patient-centered care. South Florida’s MSSP ACO joined ACHN with approximately 100 physicians, in October 2017, to extend its success to the commercial payor population.
